Professional and Campus support different program responsibilities through the same core product. Your quote reflects the use case, participant capacity, access period, and support you need.
Career Intelligence and Job Search
Each participant has a private account for understanding their experience, comparing role fit, preparing applications, and getting ready for interviews. They can work independently and choose whether to submit work for personal feedback.
Your use case
Campus supports students' career choices and employment preparation, with optional career services. Professional supports the ongoing work between a coach and client.
Launch and support
The quote covers Applicora software and the agreed launch, review, and product support. Your organization decides whether to provide personal help or involve a career professional. Your written scope names a program owner and explains any additional setup or integration work.
Participant usage
Each sponsored place supports an individual participant's career work. We explain the workspace's existing usage limits before payment. Bulk processing, account sharing, and automated use are outside the program scope.
Privacy and reports
If a participant uses shared coaching, the organization's coaching team can review their chosen submissions, résumé text copies, and task messages. Underlying documents, applications, and search notes stay private. Group reporting follows eligibility and minimum-group rules. Purchasing access does not guarantee an eligible report.
Access and renewal
Keep each participant's access clear.
Your organization's purchase and each participant's access have their own dates. Both belong in the written scope.
Payment and launch
We confirm the scope, access dates, usage terms, and support in writing. Your organization is invoiced and pays before sponsored access opens. Participants must claim access during your organization's paid term.
Participant access
Each participant keeps the full access term agreed at activation, including when they find work or stop logging in. After that term ends, the place can support a different person while your organization has paid capacity. Accounts and private data stay separate.
Renewal
We review renewal before the program's paid term ends. The initial pilot has no automatic renewal. If you stop, new claims close at the end of the organization's term. Already activated participants keep access until their own agreed end date.
After sponsored access
The participant keeps their separate account. Sponsored features end on the stated date. Account and data handling follow our terms and privacy policy. Ending the organization purchase does not transfer anyone's private work to the organization.
