About Applicora

Career decisions belong to the person.

Organizations buy Applicora for the people they support. Campus supports students' career choices and employment preparation. Professional gives career coaches a place to work with their clients.

Why the product expanded

People need room to act. Organizations need a way to help.

Career Intelligence helps a person make sense of their experience, compare it with a role, prepare application documents, and get ready for interviews. Their private Job Search workspace also keeps applications and search decisions together.

An employer can sponsor that access after workforce decisions are final, review planning information and eligible group outcomes, and offer personal help where useful. An institution can give students the same independent workspace, with career-service workshops or adviser support when needed.

Professional is for the coaching relationship itself: assignments, chosen submissions, feedback, revisions, and sessions. Applicora provides the software. The person directs their own search, with support from the organization or professional they work with.

Working principles

The person and the sponsor have different responsibilities.

The organization funds access and decides what help to offer. Each person controls their career decisions and private search work.

01

Start with career goals

Help students and coaching clients turn their experience into a clear next step.

02

Keep sharing deliberate

Participants choose the work or résumé text copy they submit. Buying access does not open the rest of their career workspace.

03

Review the program without opening the search

Organizations can review eligible group outcomes. A coaching team can review the work a participant chooses to submit. Sponsoring access does not expose private job-search activity.

04

Be clear about what a forecast means

Current forecasts are basic role and country market estimates. Personal employability assessments, difficulty-based prioritization, and an expanded KPI and cost dashboard are in development.
