Job postings

Publish a job to make it live, or pause it. Paused jobs stay in the system with all applicants intact, just hidden from the public page. Publishing or pausing instantly regenerates your career page.

Branded career page

Add your logo, brand color, footer color, and a custom tagline so the page looks like yours. Preview your page before it goes live so you can get the look right first. The "Powered by Applicora" mark can be shown or hidden. Hosted at your own career page URL, with the option to point your own custom domain by updating your DNS.

Custom screening questions

Build questions that are collected when applicants apply, attached per job and marked required or optional. Five question types: yes/no, single choice, multiple choice, text, and dropdown. Ready-made compliance sets for work authorization, DEI (race, gender, disability, veteran status), and criminal background, plus your own custom questions. All answers are stored with each application.

Automatic matching and applicant intake

Every applicant from your career page is processed automatically: resume parsed, scored across the 14 dimensions against the job, and turned into a match report, with no manual work. The agent also matches your existing candidate pool against your jobs and surfaces the best-matching people, including bulk-uploaded resumes on record. Duplicate applicants are detected and merged, and an opt-in lets candidates be considered for your other roles, building your talent pool over time.
