AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI (resumes, cover letters, reports) is licensed to you for personal use in your job search.

Our Platform: The Service, its code, design, and functionality are owned by Applicora and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS": We provide the Service on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or specific results from using the Service.

AI Content: AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy before use.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applicora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid in the last 12 months, or (b) $100 USD.

7. Modifications

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
